The company formerly known as Distributed Systems approached us about a rebrand that would make their deployment tools more approachable on all user-facing surfaces. We came up with Redspread: an original identity that included name, logo, colors, and typography. The brand represents their all-encompasing approach to development, yet is flexible enough to support an evolving product landscape while maintaining core values of simplicity and openness.

Redspread brought our team into their product development workflow from the beginning. Together, we designed and implemented their entire application. We created user interface patterns that we extended across multiple pages, making a complex application feel simple.
Creating a landing page for Redspread presented a unique challenge: making a back-end product appealing to developers and executives alike. We combined UI snippets from the Redspread app with a screen recording of the spread command line tool to convey Redspread's feature set.
